I am staying (as usual) in my favourite hotel in Siem Reap: the vocational school-hotel "Salabai". Yesterday they organised a delicious dinner to raise funds for building their new school and welcome more students.

Bangkok - Siem Reap

My last flight was changed - which shortened the connection in Bangkok. But I arrived safely in Siem Reap - big thunderstorm and heavy rain.

Calbayog-Manila-Bangkok-Siem Reap

Airports and planes... first flight was at 6:50 this morning at Calbayog (Samar Island).
Several hours wait at Manila airport... in time to see Obama's plane departing (he arrived in helicopter... I took the shuttle bus from the domestic to the international terminal).
