It was election day in Cambodia so the training initially planned for today is postponed to Wednesday andThursday nights. That gave us (Minni and me) the opportunity to visit Phnom Penh together- about time after so many trips here!

We first visited Tuol Sleng, notoriously known as S-21, the former school that the Khmer Rouge turned into a torture camp and prison. Not an easy visit but a must-see to better understand Cambodia and to reflect upon humanity.

L'aspect le plus intéressant des élections a été les discussions avec mon amie chinoise qui ne comprenait pas ce qu'était un parlement, des députés, des élections multipartites, etc...
