Wonderful lunch at Tina - one of my friends' newly open restaurant: organic Mediterranean food :) on a quiet back street of Wanchai (Moon Street, near... Star Street). There is indeed a Mediterranean feel in this quiet street, and the white washed café with a courtyard.
Tina kindly took time to go through the menu and made me sample her cauliflower hummus. The spinach feuillete and the tahini salada were delicious, and so was the red fruit dessert with its cashew cream.
I am eager to go back and try other dishes!
