Zhengzhou (Henan)

Zhengzhou, capital city of Henan Province, was completely destroyed by the Japanese during WWII. Nothing much to visit except its amazing museum featuring 3000 year old artefacts of the first Chinese settlements on the Yellow River banks, the first Chinese characters written on turtle shells and potteries from Zhou, Warring States, Song and Tang dynasties.
